Our client is seeking a part-qualified life actuary to join its reporting team where you will take responsibility for a number of end-to-end processes and communication of results to senior management from an early stage.
In this exciting career development opportunity, you will work on the delivery of UK and Canadian IFRS results on a quarterly basis alongside Solvency II results, including capital requirements, also on a quarterly basis.
You will also support the delivery of the Business Plan and ORSA on an annual basis.
In addition, you will be involved in running and developing actuarial models, setting up and improving spreadsheets for reporting process and performing checks and controls.
Experience of financial reporting is preferred as is any experience of with profits and / or IFRS 17.
You will also possess a working knowledge of actuarial modelling tools such as Prophet alongside experience of using data and analytics software, such as R or Python.
