Leading life insurer seeking a Commercial Structuring Analyst to join their Retirement business | London based | Salary up to £80,000 + bonus and benefits
Oliver James are pleased to be working with a leading life insurer seeking a Commercial Structuring Analyst to join their Retirement business in London.
Within this role this you will have a focus on retirement lending, particularly lifetime mortgages, as well as other residential mortgage-based lending. The role will involve assessing mortgage opportunities, structuring Solvency II securitisations and performing the role as funder. The role covers new business as well as existing assets.
Role requirements:
- Strong commercial and quantitative background either working in front office of a bank, insurance company, asset manager or advisory boutique
- Financial analysis / cash flow modelling skills essential
- Transaction experience (e.g. debt capital markets/structuring role or similar skill set) and experience in residential mortgages would be preferable
This is an excellent opportunity to move into a role that is commercial in nature with a leader in the insurance market.
