Job Details
Our client is seeking a part-qualified (or qualified) non-life actuary with experience in (re)insurance reserving to be responsible for reserving, technical modelling and analysis for a range of classes, predominantly property and specialty classes.
In this exciting career opportunity, you will have responsibility for preparing reserving estimates and projections, on an ultimate, GAAP and Solvency II basis for all classes of business.
You will also be responsible for the technical delivery of work and the communication of findings to various stakeholders across the business including, finance, underwriting, risk and claims.
With exposure to and knowledge of pricing and capital models, the successful candidate will have knowledge of the actuarial techniques for London market lines of business.
Knowledge of various IT tools including, but not limited to, Excel, Access, Sequel, Word, also required.
