Job Details
Global insurance company with a Lloyd's syndicate has an opening for an experienced pricing actuary to head up their A&H business. Ideally you will have worked across these lines either exclusively or as part of a multi line portfolio. The company has recently hired an experienced A&H underwriter to grow the business in this area and invest heavily in it's success. The role will suit someone who still enjoys being hands on as the team is dynamic and nimble. There is a dedicated data and systems actuary that will work on a lot of the heavy lifting / programming. The role would suit a candidate who is looking to join a growing and ambitious business with exposure across both company and syndicate paper. Ability to hold your own with underwriters and communicate your point clearly is essential. The role will be supported by an actuarial analyst and report directly into the head of pricing.
