Client Partner - Growing consultancy

pmactuarial specialise in Actuarial search within UK Life insurance.  We have been asked to find a Client Partner for a growing Life insurance consultancy.

The primary purpose of the role is to grow and develop new relationships with UK Life insurers with the aim of winning new projects.  The role will also involve delivery, management of teams and general leadership of the practice.

Our client is a well backed provider of broad Actuarial consulting and has grown to 50 Life insurance consultants in the last 5 years.  The majority of their work is across traditional life insurance consulting i.e. Finance Transformation, IFRS 17 and Reporting, however they are open to new areas of consulting such as Investments, Capital, Risk, ALM.

The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Actuary who is looking for a leadership role and enjoys business development and client management.  The role would suit an experienced manager/senior manager from another consultancy who is looking for an opportunity to progress to a leadership role.  The role would also suit an experienced Life Actuary with a strong UK Life insurance network who is keen to work in a front facing and varied role.
