Job Details
Our client is seeking a qualified GI actuary, ideally with, extensive Casualty reserving experience, to join its offices in Bermuda where you will support the quarterly reserving process in conjunction with in-house and external actuarial support.
In this key role, you will collaborate frequently and on an ongoing basis with Claims, Finance, and Underwriting teams to develop deep understanding of line of business trends and emerging claims.
You will also provide actuarial support for other functions/work streams as required including, business planning, risk and capital analysis.
Wider experience in other actuarial competencies, including capital modelling, would be beneficial.
Experience of Reserving Software, SQL, VBA, R, Python etc. is a plus.
