Senior Actuary - Syndicate

A growing syndicate is looking for a Senior Actuary to take control of their Pricing function across both the Syndicate and MGA, with 2 direct reports. However, you don’t have to have direct pricing experience, which makes it the perfect opportunity for someone wanting to experience pricing after a career in other functions. They’re looking for a nearly or newly qualified actuary with extensive Lloyd’s experience, which is non-negotiable, unlike the pricing experience.  

The role will be diverse due to exposure to multiple other teams including Finance and Underwriting along with internal, senior stakeholders. The day-to-day tasks will also be variable and include things such as managing projects and dabbling in the capital and reserving functions.
