London Market Pricing Analyst

Our client is a leading global consultancy operating within the London Market seeking a part or nearly qualified non-life actuary to fill a Pricing Analyst position to grow their Aviation and other specialty lines team.

This is an excellent opportunity to provide the business with the actuarial support they require to profitably grow their book. The successful candidate will support the development, alignment, and execution of portfolio strategies.

You will support the actuarial pricing team, monitor renewal rates and new business whilst ensuring that technical pricing models are in place and are regularly reviewed and monitored.

The ideal candidate will have previous relevant General Insurance actuarial experience and have a solid understanding of pricing concepts and methodologies. A degree in Mathematics or a related discipline is essential. Those with either Pricing or Reserving experience will be considered.

Expertise in VBA, R, Python or other programming languages are highly desirable. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills and will be an excellent all round communicator.
