Our client, a major (re)insurer, is seeking a qualified life actuarial contractor to specify requirements to the Actuarial and Finance Operational team on items for consolidation and analysis.
In this key role, you will analyse results from Actuarial model teams and provide challenge, updating internal quarterly templates for Solvency II and/or IFRS reporting.
You will also analyse and explain financial results on IFRS and SII and Surplus Generation metrics.
In addition, you will develop expertise on assigned areas of the balance sheet production and ensure calculations are produced accurately and efficiently.
With strong and flexible influencing skills coupled with well-honed communication and interpersonal skills, the successful candidate will possess knowledge of Solvency II Regulation.
Strong knowledge of actuarial techniques such as reserving, economic valuation and capital modelling calculations also required.
FTC: 12 months.
