Reserving Project Actuary (12 month FTC)

HFG has partnered with a UK-leading Insurer to assist with their search for a new reserving project actuary to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a part-qualified actuary with 5 plus years of insurance experience to join a team that will offer them a wide range of exposure.

Key responsibilities

Leading the actuarial aspects of IFRS17 implementationLeading the actuarial aspects of IFRS17 implementation for Chaucer's element of the China Re Group implementation.Managing the successful transition of project initiatives to business-as-usualKey requirements

Qualified or Nearly Qualified ActuaryGeneral insurance reserving experienceIFRS17 experienceStrong IT skills, including comprehensive knowledge of Excel and VBAIf you feel your profile matches the above criteria or would like more information on the role then please do get in touch.
