Job Details
Lloyd's insurer has an entry-level vacancy within their actuarial team to support their syndicate reserving process.
Responsibilities will include providing assistance and analysis for the quarterly reserving process, development of their reserving system, data visualisation techniques and calculation of the Solvency II technical provisions.
Our client fully encourage personal development and there will also be internal opportunities to work within the capital modelling and pricing teams.
Candidates will require a minimum 2:1 degree and should be bright and inquisitive by nature. They are looking for someone who wants to continue or start studying for the actuarial exams as full study support will be provided. The actuarial team work closely with the underwriters therefore communication skills and an ability to build and develop relationships will be imperative.
Must have full right to work in the UK without restriction.
