Our client is seeking a part-qualified or qualified non-life actuary (or someone qualified by experience) to join their team as the first in-house pricing resource to support its growth plans and migration to a new underwriter.
Taking ownership of the travel pricing function, you will build and maintain pricing models across all aspects of the travel portfolio using Emblem & Radar.
You will also support model implementation (including testing) of agreed rate changes.
In addition, you will recommend pricing strategies that best meet business objectives whilst contributing to the development of new products and customer propositions.
With a strong understanding of underwriting/pricing principles, the successful candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills couple with experience of Emblem/Radar.
Travel pricing experience would be an advantage.
