Job Details
A senior student to newly qualified actuary is required for this developing Lloyd's managing agency.
Working across a range of risks which are largely specialty lines, you will work in a close-knit team providing accurate quarterly reserving results and SII Technical Provisions. This will include developing strong knowledge of Lloyd's regulations, liaising with other teams such as finance, capital modelling and group.
Due to the small nature of the team, there will be opportunities be involved in capital modelling work as well as transformation and M&A analysis as this managing agency brings on new business and/or syndicates.
Reserving experience is needed for this role but this could come from outside of the Lloyd's market. You should be making good progress with the actuarial exams or may have recently qualified.
This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a Lloyd's business which is growing and can offer exposure that many other businesses can't at this level.
