Senior Actuarial Analyst, Ceded Reserving, Reinsurance

Fairbank Partners are working with a global (Re)Insurer who are looking for a Senior Actuarial Analyst in their Reserving team.

The individual will be a key member of the Reserving Team, providing particular support around ceded processes, focusing on the conversion of the underwriting results from the six-monthly actuarial review to a GAAP basis, (in particular the derivation of the ceded reserves), as well as monthly AvsE analysis gross and net of reinsurance.

You'll also be contributing to workstreams and projects across the company e.g. outwards reinsurance development projects. This includes representing reserving in cross company forums.

Ideally you'll have 3+ years experience in reserving for a variety of London Market lines of business as well as experience in stakeholder relationship management and engagement with a view to achieving effective results in cross-departmental projects.
