A leading global Life and Health insurer is looking for a product specialist to join their Hong Kong team. You will be responsible for the maintenance of existing products (with a focus on the ILAS portfolio) and development of innovative life products to address the growing needs.

You will be working on;

- Designing and implementing new product proposition and development initiatives

- Ownership of the ILAS business and individual life business

- Regularly researching the market for recommending new product opportunities and initiatives

- Outlining the product concept, develop business cases and ensuring product delivery on time

- Acting as a primary contact point with the regulators (SFC and IA) regarding approval matters

They are looking for;

- 5 - 10 years of product experience (candidates with lesser experience can be considered for Assistant Manager)

- Strong life insurance product knowledge, ideally in ILAS products

- Creative mindset and analytically skilled

- Ability to interact with multiple other teams and stakeholders
