Investment Associate- ESG & responsible investing

Asset management consultancy providing expertise and infrastructure support to fund managers, investors and other specialists in the asset management industry, seeking an Associate to join their ESG and Responsible Investing Team | London | £55-70k

Oliver James are pleased to be working with a leading asset management consultancy seeking an Associate to join their ESG and Responsible Investing Team in London.

This is a standalone role in the London office, working as part of an ESG team of 12 based in Amsterdam. This role won't be an isolated position however, as you will be working closely with the wider investment advisory team. You will be involved in all aspects of analytical work for clients and contribute to strategic and policy work, as well as supporting the Group's ESG business development efforts. This is a client facing role, involving building and managing client relationships as well as relationships with the management or companies being reviewed.

Role requirements:

• Ideally 3-5 years experience of working within Investments, from within consultancy, asset or investment management
• Strong working knowledge and/or interest in ESG & responsible investing
• Client relationship management skills

This is a very unique opportunity to become an ESG specialist which is very high on the agenda for the majority of clients. This is an excellent role to develop professionally as you will be the only ESG specialist in London.
