HFG are currently working with a leading Lloyd's Syndicate to assist with their search for a Reinsurance Operations Leader.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to separate the immaterial from the material, and only spend time on those things that add value
  • Pro-active; comfortable working in an agile environment with stakeholders in multiple locations
  • Able to communicate effectively, and change your delivery depending on your audience

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Extensive experience of London market reinsurance administration, with a detailed knowledge and understanding of all types of reinsurance
  • Experience of overseeing Operational change; the candidate should have a very firm grasp of core operational competencies and be able to provide practical examples of when these have been demonstrated.
  • Experience of working in a lead reinsurance role desirable
