Job Details
Marine Pricing Actuary required to join a large specialty insurer for 6 months, to focus on delivery of the following:
- To support: Build out the data feeds and visualization/analytics for portfolio analysis and quarterly product monitoring across a number of Marine lines of business
- Annual business planning process - conduct analysis of portfolio profitability and input into company-wide business planning tool
- Support case pricing of individual deals within Marine classes using blend of exposure and experience modelling and catastrophe model output
- Support enhancements to pricing models and tools
Experience required
- Qualified, NNQ or PQ Pricing Actuary ideally with specialty lines experience
- Good background in building robust data analytics
- SQL skills
