Radar Pricing Lead

Radar Pricing Lead - Up to £80,000 + Bonus

A Global Specialty Insurer is seeking an experienced pricing professional with excellent Radar experience to lead its Pricing Technology team.

You will oversee two direct reports, liaising with each pricing team to understand modelling requirements. This role will be engineering focused, developing pricing tools and improving modelling capabilities, whilst supporting the predictive modelling team in model optimisation.

This is an outstanding opportunity to transition from personal lines into a specialty lines, leading a team with exceptional growth plans.

The ideal candidate at least 5 years of pricing experience, with strong Radar exposure. Ideally candidates will also be comfortable in leading a growing team.
