Business Development Actuary – Protection in a Reinsurer

Fairbank Partners are working with a Reinsurer who are looking to hire a Qualified Actuary in their Protection team.

• This will be a client facing role where you will focus on developing new and existing client relationships,
• You will play a key role in setting the future strategy for the protection business and look to adapt and transform processes as data analytics becomes a bigger part of protection pricing,
• The role will work closely with the pricing and basis development team, and you will have the opportunity to get involved in more technical while still having a client facing and commercial role,
• The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Actuary with a background in Life Insurance,
• Experience of working in a Protection pricing team would be advantageous,
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential,
