Senior Reinsurance Actuary

Fairbank Partners are working with a Leading Reinsurer who are looking to hire a Senior Actuary in their Specialty team. This is a really strategic opportunity and it will be a business partner opportunity with large focus on Credit and Political Risk but with exposure to other lines such as Cyber and Crisis Management. The role reports to the Chief Actuary and has a direct report.

The Senior Actuary is responsible for providing all areas of actuarial support including:

• Pricing
• Reserving
• Business planning
• Due diligence analysis on new business opportunities
• Strategic initiatives, in particular bringing greater use of data and analytics to UW decision making

This would be the perfect opportunity for a Qualified Actuary with  post qualification experience. You will have a Pricing background, Insurance or Reinsurance and Specialty lines experience a must (credit risk/ political risk or surety essential).
