VP - Head of BD in Hong Kong

My tier one re-insurance client in Hong Kong is looking to hire a VP to their BD team. In this role you will head the team in Hong Kong offering a rare opportunity to manage two AVP's in a business that typically runs at a flat structure. The work will have a focus on reinsurance to solve capital needs for their clients and so the work will cover a number of different areas.

The business is looking for you to have financial acumen, an understanding of capital regime, a good knowledge of products, strategic finance experience / investment is advantageous here. You must have prior leadership skills and stakeholder management / presenting experience with excellent communication skills in English.
