Non-Life Steering Actuary

The Steering division brings together exercises for monitoring growth and results, planning and reserving. The mission of the Senior Steering Officer is to build and manage the quantitative performance indicators used to monitor the underwriting and pricing activity. There are issues of CAT exposure control, tariff cycle, loss volatility, loss drivers, ultimate development and more generally the different methods put in place to specifically manage each of the business lines. Ideal profile:
The candidate will benefit from one or more comparable experiences which will have enabled him to develop an ease in the manipulation of figures both in form (Excel, presentation) and in substance (meaning of metrics, notions of an income statement) . Fluent English Target: Actuaries from the financial or technical departments in charge of portfolio monitoring. Actuaries currently in funding may also be interested. More generally, any motivated actuary is welcome, keeping in mind that the interest of the position is not mathematical but business.
