Insurance Investment Analyst
£55,000 - £65,000 per annum
London / Home-working

This is an opportunity for an Investment Analyst to further their career in a dynamic environment with involvement in interesting projects. You will have the possibility to continue to be supported with qualifications such as the CFA and FIA.
Responsibilities will include:
- Investment performance calculations on portfolios for investment managers and clients
- Work on special projects that involves designing processes and implementing them
- Consulting with the manager in relation to data governance and innovation
- Overseeing and reviewing the workload of a junior member
- Delivering performance reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Building relationships with the front, middle and back office teams
Key requirements:
- Strong Excel and VBA skills
- IT and coding skills in one of the following (Python, SQL, R, Monte Carlo)
- Strong technical knowledge of investments for property and casualty
- Knowledge of investment asset classes
- Experience in performance measurement
- You must be eligible to work in the UK - these rules have changed recently so when applying please state your eligibility to work in the UK. (E.g. British passport, Irish passport, ILR, settled-status, etc.)
