Job Details
A unique opportunity has arisen for an analytical candidate to work within a growing line of business and become an underwriter.
You will have the opportunity to provide analysis and insight on new and innovative risks as part of a start-up follow-risks team. This could inlcude areas such as cyber treaty, pandemic risks and niche casualty business.
There will be tasks that span data analysis, competitor analysis and deal reviews to be able to provide information that will set the strategy of this area, as well as driect decisions on where to provide capacity.
You will develop strong relatonships with brokers and work towards taking them over with your own underwriting authority.
Ideally you will have strong analytical skills and have worked on the Lloyd's/London market in an actuarial, underwriting, exposure management or similar technical position.
