Operations Team Leader - Lloyd's
HFG are currently working with a leading Lloyd's Syndicate to assist with their search for a Team Leader, focusing on Broker Services.
- Manage and monitor on a daily basis the flow of work required to meet team KPIs from a turnaround time and quality perspective.
- Co-ordinate in the accurate processing of LPANs and LCCFs and ensure they are submitted to Xchanging within agreed timescales.
- Ensure suitable allocation of work and enough resources to meet business needs.
- Provide guidance to direct reports on their day to day work and provide coaching/training where required.
- Work closely with Senior stakeholders across the business, including reporting information and raising issues.
Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years line management experience.
- 3-5 years' experience of working in a regulated environment.
- 3-5 years' experience of working in the London Market.
- Familiarity with Xchanging's processes an advantage.
