Job Details
Bolton Associates are working exclusively with Specialist reinsurance company has an opening for a Head of Capital. The role will be hands on managing a team of 3 reporting into the Chief Actuary and dotted line into the CFO. You will be responsible for the full suite of capital work and can also get involved with reinsurance purchasing. ReMetrica experience would be ideal although not essential. The main purpose of the role will be to ensure the delivery of regular, consistent and reliable analysis and recommendations for all areas of the business, including support to Finance and Risk functions, along with ad hoc underwriting performance studies in order to improve the understanding of risk and capital issues. In addition you will manage and deliver the analytics of outwards reinsurance to support delivery of the company's reinsurance strategy, including structuring and pricing analyses.
