Job Details
My client, a global insurance and reinsurance business, are seeking a talented part qualified Capital Actuary to join their team. The role will interact with several different syndicates and sit at a mid level in the existing team.
The role will include but exclusively :
- model development
- Lloyd's submissions
- BAU capital modelling
- model parameterisation
- SII
Candidates must have:
- excellent academics - min of a 2:1 or higher in a mathematical or relevant degree
- strong communication skills
- be making good progress with the IFoA exams
- strong London Market experience - ideally in Capital Modelling but not essential
- consultancy experience is desirable
- technical aptitude is essential, Tyche (desirable) or other Capital software
- at least 2 years actuarial insurance experience
