Junior Motor Analyst

Bolton Associates are working with an exciting motor insurance company who are looking to build out their team.  This is a truly innovative place to work and we want to hear from junior analysts with motor experience and an aptitude for programming ideally in R and Python. You will have an understanding of ratemaking for motor insurance.  The role will be supporting different tasks relating to actuarial ratemaking.  This may include: critically evaluating the current rating model, proposing the use of different sources of data and algorithms for improving pricing and customers' uptake, guaranteeing clear documentation standards, internal reporting and monitoring. This is a newly created team and therefore your input will be extremely valuable.
