Senior M&A/Consolidation Specialist

A fast-growing consolidator is looking to hire an experienced pricing/consolidation/M&A specialist to help take them from start-up to the next phase. Having done several deals last year, they are hoping to attract someone with a strong commercial understanding of the life insurance consolidation market and who is interested in a varied, cross function role. 
Ideally you'll have consulting, reinsurance and/or M&A experience, good all round technical skills (Excel), strong communication skills/commercial outlook and the desire/ability to get stuck into a range of different tasks as you'd expect within a start-up type environment. 

The company is very small at the moment and although the Group HQ is in London, you can be based anywhere in the UK or Europe. The focus in the next year or so will be on European deals so any language skills are also v useful.  The salary will be up to £100-120k with a bonus of 20%.
