Oliver James are recruiting a Life actuary to help a leading life insurance client with Actuarial reporting, production and capital.
This is the perfect role to work remotely in a secure role with interesting work in the capital team. Responsibilities will be tailored to experience

Oliver James are recruiting a Life actuary to help a leading life insurance client with Actuarial reporting, production and capital.
This is the perfect role to work remotely in a secure role with a credible client offering interesting work. You will be involved in both BAU and Project work (such as IFRS 17)
The ideal candidate will be a part or qualified actuary with strong Solvency II or IFRS knowledge and financial reporting experience. You will be adaptable, reliable with good communication skills.
Duration: 12 month fixed-term contract
Location: working 100% remotely
Salary: up to £67,000+ bonus + benefits (there may be additional weighting if based in London)
Required Experience
- Part Qualified, Nearly Qualified or Qualified Actuary (Exam stoppers welcome)
- Previous experience in an Actuarial Reporting role in Life Insurance
- Good knowledge of Solvency II reporting standard and ideally IFRS 17
- Good communication skills and work ethic.
