Exposure Management Development Analyst

HFG have partnered with a UK leading insurer to assist with their search for a new Exposure Management Development Analyst to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 2 year's experience with Cat Risk or Exposure management to join a team which will offer them a wide range of exposure to exciting projects.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for the analytical capabilities of the EM team by working on ad hoc projects across all classes, including writing technical documentation, project plans and development of prototypes, as well as larger-scale projects.Development of all aspects of the Exposure Management team's workflows and processes.Consider and monitor emerging risk and non-modelled risk.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a Catastrophe Modelling related field, with working knowledge of multiple classes of businesses, preferably both at an individual account and portfolio level.
  • Knowledge of Insurance and Reinsurance concepts, especially regulatory return.Excellent knowledge of SQL and other programming software.
