Major insurer is seeking a qualified (or part-qualified) GI actuary to support the Capital & Reserving team in providing a second line of defence on all P&C risk activities.
In this excellent career development role, you will review and validate the internal model results whilst supporting the independent review of the Strategic Plan and second opinion on the reinsurance coverage proposed by the business.
You will also assist in giving input to the company in respect of insurance related scenarios for the purposes of scenario testing, both at company and group level.
In addition, you will contribute to the production of Solvency Reports where required, including the ORSA, Validation Report, SFCR and RSR.
With excellent interpersonal and communication skills, the successful candidate will possess substantial product and industry knowledge and an understanding of the regulatory framework.
