Major insurer has an exciting opportunity for a part-qualified non-life actuary with pricing experience to be responsible for driving forward improvements in pricing analytics using the latest statistical techniques worked through to implementable rating outputs.

In this exciting career development opportunity, you will review portfolio mix and claims performance and make pricing recommendations to control areas of poor performance and achieve profitable growth.

You will also assist with evaluating new statistical techniques, rating concepts and tools.

In addition, you will assist the Underwriting team in the development of pricing for new products/features and pricing referrals.

Highly numerate and analytical, the successful candidate will possess strong Radar experience.

Emblem experience would be an advantage as would experience of data science techniques/tools.
