Pricing Manager/ Data Science Manager

The actuarial team in a growing personal lines insurer is looking for a Pricing Manager/Data Science Manager to join their team.

Key responsibilities include owning your product strategy, and define and deliver pricing analysis, processes and controls to support the delivery of the agreed pricing strategy to achieve the business's financial plans. In addition, you will also manage/mentor a few of the more junior analysts. In this role you will be looking after products that will require use of machine learning techniques, so previous experience with data science would be a plus!)

The suitable candidate will have 5+ years of personal lines pricing experience and or data science techniques.
