Job Details
As a (pensions) consulting actuary, you will report to the Head of Retirement, and take a lead on a number of Corporate and Trustee clients. The work will be varied, and could include de-risking, investments, modelling, scheme design, governance, scheme funding and scheme wind-ups.
You will ideally be a fully qualified actuary with a number of years experience in DB pensions consulting. You will be able to take on a lead role for smaller clients right away, and enjoy giving actuarial advice to both trustee and corporate clients.
You will be joining a medium-sized firm where you will have a lot more responsibility than you might see in a similar role at a larger business, and fantastic opportunities for your work to be fully recognised and subsequently to progress upwards.
You will enjoy the benefits of flexible working - offices are based in London, Manchester and Edinburgh but you can also work largely from home.
