Job Details

This is an exciting opportunity for a part qualified Reserving Analyst to join a Lloyd's Managing Agency. You will be part of a team supporting the reserving, risk and M&A process as they acquire new legacy business.

You will be working very closely with the Chief Actuary & Actuarial Manager as part of a small team to get great exposure to the whole reserving process and Actuarial Function.

Your key responsibilities will include:

-Calculating quarterly reserves
-Monitoring the performance of the business
-Perform Actuarial Analysis of potential new M&A transactions
-Risk Management and ORSA

The successful candidate should have between 2-4 years of relevant work experience in general insurance, possess excellent communication skills and ideally be making good progress with their actuarial exams.
