About the Role
The Dublin office is now expanding its life team and has a vacancy for a qualified life actuarial manager on their team. This role will involve providing a consulting service to clients and the successful candidate will work on a variety of projects including Solvency II, IFRS17, reserving, and capital management. An excellent opportunity for anyone interested in gaining varied experience in a highly regarded organisation.
Duties for the role include, but are not limited to:
- Working with various senior stakeholders to ensure the business meets regulatory requirements
- Providing support to clients across all areas of actuarial work
- Risk Management
- Contribute and assist in areas such as capital issues and financial risk
- Leading a team of actuaries, providing support and guidance to them as they take the actuarial exams
Actuarial Skills Required
The successful candidate will be a Qualified Actuary with experience in the life insurance industry. Our client is flexible on PQE experience and is open to candidates from various backgrounds who are intellectually curious and strong communicators. Experience with Solvency II, IFRS17, Capital Management, and/or Risk Management is desirable.
