A well-known reinsurance company is looking for a Corporate and Portfolio Actuary to join their life and health team.
About the Role
This is a senior role that will focus on providing oversight of the in-force management of the life and health portfolio and will be responsible for corporate reporting.
Duties for the role include (but are not limited to):
- Oversight of valuation of the company’s liabilities
- Solvency II reporting
- Providing a professional opinion on the ORSA
- IFRS17 implementation support
- Risk reporting
- Liaising with senior stakeholders including Board and Audit Committees
Actuarial Skills Required
The successful candidate will be a qualified actuary with significant post qualification experience. Strong SII reporting experience is essential for this role. You should be a confident communicator and project management experience is advantageous.
