An expanding Lloyd's and London market insurance company is seeking an experienced pricing actuary to join their team.

Working closely with underwriters across a range of classes, this position will ensure pricing models are fit for purpose as well as taking responsibility for model governance. You will take the lead on R&D for new pricing techniques and systems to allow this organisation to be at the forefront of pricing and analytics.  This will also include advising underwriters and divisional actuaries on the best solutions for their lines of business, as well as working closely with teams such as cat modelling in regards to data.

You will be an integral part of the team, leading analysts across several responsibilities and being key part of the business planning process.

Prior pricing experience is required to be successful in this role and an interest in new technology is also needed.  Skills with tools such as R, Python and SQL or pricing platforms such as Rulebook and Tyche would be advantageous.

This position is open to qualified, nearly qualified, or stopped exams actuaries who can display the necessary skills.
