Job Details

Clarence George is working with a growing, Scottish-based Life Insurer looking to hire Actuaries into their Pricing team at a range of levels. You would work in a close-knitted team, getting the rare opportunity to work directly with a range of senior stakeholders.

The role:

  • Developing the pricing models of new products 
  • Liaising with partners and reinsurers to design new products
  • Building a strong network across the industry and initiating new commercial proposals

The ideal candidate:

  • Commercially-minded and confident dealing with senior stakeholders
  • Part or Qualified Actuary
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work through setbacks
  • Technical expertise in Excel; VBA and SQL experience would be ideal
