Risk Pricing Analyst - Non-life
Our client, a major insurer, has a fantastic opportunity for a part-qualified non-life actuary (or a talented analyst qualified by experience) to create detailed, granular profiles of the competitive market environment and a dynamic view of how market competitors interact.
In this key role, you will analysie and communicate how our client's competitive footprint changes on an ongoing basis.
You will also monitor policy volumes, average premiums and decline rates daily, communicating areas of strong and poor performance to the wider Motor Risk Pricing team.
In addition, you will undertake risk pricing analyses, where required.
With GI Pricing experience and a proven ability to work with large data sets, the successful candidate will have experience of programming languages such as SQL, VBA and R alongside knowledge of Radar, Emblem, ResQ or similar systems.
Experience in a role focused on competitive footprint and trading would be an advantage.
