Senior Reserving Actuarial Analyst
HFG have partnered with a UK leading insurer to assist with their search for a new Senior Reserving Actuarial Analyst to join them on an actuarial transformation project. This is a fantastic opportunity for a nearly qualified actuary to join a team which will offer them a wide range of exposure.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivery of quarterly review of IFRS reserves and Solvency II technical provisions.
- Contribute to the design, implementation of enhancements to existing processes, and the creation of new reserving modelling tools and processes.
- Delivery of quarterly review of IFRS reserves and Solvency II technical provisions.
- Manage and review junior analysts, work, providing timely performance feedback and training.
Key Requirements
- 1 year from qualifying
- General Insurance Reserving Experience
- Commercial Lines Experience
- Intermediate to advanced Excel, Access, VBA capabilities; additional experience with SQL Server, Tyche, ResQ, Tableau, and/or Oracle
