Job Details
A growing Lloyd's/London market insurance business, which is a key name in the industry is seeking a senior student or nearly/newly qualified actuary to join their capital modelling team.
Reporting into the capital modelling manager, this role will have the opportunity to work across a broad range of capital modelling duties such as model development including programming, development of regulatory and internal reports, model parameterisation and the ongoing development of the capital modelling team.
There will be the need to develop relationships across the business with pricing and reserving teams but also risk, exposure, underwriting and others. You will be able to take ownership of presenting your work to committees and other teams, as well as influencing new business with these results.
Ideally you will have prior experience in capital modelling and be looking to take the next step in this field. Good skills with Igloo are advantageous but all round strong modelling experience is a must.
