Validation & Pricing Analyst
A growing Lloyd's syndicate is looking to bring onboard a part to nearly qualified actuary in a unique position.
You will split your time evenly between pricing and validation on a seasonal basis, having two periods dedicated to pricing and validation respectively and a third split 50/50.
With regard to pricing, you will cover case pricing and model development across all lines of business, with the opportunity to specialise in any lines or on the modelling side. For validation, you will consider the internal capital model and aim to incorporate the impact of any emerging market factors such as block-chain and AI.
The ideal candidate has validation or pricing experience, progress through the actuarial exams is a benefit but not a necessity.
