Sellick Partnership are actively seeking a high calibre, professional recruiter to play an integral part in growing their Actuarial division. We are looking to attract a driven, successful individual who can increase our market footprint, diversify our base of candidates / clients and potentially lead the growth of a Life Insurance / Pensions division.

Our Actuarial team works closely with clients and candidates within General Insurance and the London Market on temporary and permanent opportunities with roles ranging from entry level to C-Suite. With our planned expansion into Life Insurance / Pensions it is a highly exciting time to be joining a dynamic, growing team.

What we are looking for…

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, hardworking and positive individual to be involved in a part of the business which has seen consistent growth and expansion. There is a 'warm' portfolio of existing clients and relationships in place, all that is missing is you!

You will be carrying out a full 360 recruitment cycle, with day to day responsibilities including:

  • Developing and managing both new and existing client relationships with Actuarial professionals across the region
  • Increasing our market share by promoting the Sellick brand to potential clients via multiple channels
  • Booking face to face meetings with clients and candidates alike
  • Maintaining and developing candidate relationships in a competitive marketplace
  • Undertaking competitor analysis
  • Increasing awareness of both the Sellick Partnership brand and your own personal brand in the local area via social media, networking and sponsorship events
  • Targeting passive candidates through headhunting and the use of LinkedIn
  • Cross-selling all Sellick Partnership brands to contribute to the overall business success
  • Embody the Sellick Partnership Vision, Mission and Values and champion the Sellick Partnership brand both internally and externally
  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities.
