Job Details
An international health insurer is seeking to add a pricing analyst to their team in London.
Having undergone rapid growth in the last two years, this organisation has acquired market share in several European countries as well as strong footholds in others. Offering short-tail health insurance cover on both a personal and corporate basis, this role will work with large data sets to provide accurate pricing analyses.
You will use and further develop pricing tools as well as be involved in the design and construction of new products. You will also have the opportunity to develop strong relationships with a number of other professionals which will include, but is not limited to underwriters, finance, claims and other actuarial teams. This is a forward-thinking organisation and there will be opportunities to use innovative methods and technology, including machine learning techniques.
Ideally you will have some pricing experience within a health or GI insurance business. Experience with software tools such as Python, R, SAS, SQL, VBA are useful, but having a mindset for new tools is more important.
