Actuarial Life Manager
Leading insurance business has a fantastic opportunity for a qualified life actuary to develop, influence and manage work within a key workstream including Actuarial Reporting, Pricing, Claims and Actuarial Systems.
Depending on business needs, you will work on setting best estimate assumptions and stress calibrations, supporting various capital and investment initiatives and communicating to internal and external stakeholders.
You may also carry out Pricing investigations, analyses, profit testing and basis setting on all product lines, both current and potential, and making recommendations to stakeholders.
In addition, you will also work on the Solvency II balance sheet, USGAAP and UKGAAP reporting and P&L results for internal and external reporting purposes.
WIth good communication and interpersonal skills alongside the ability to liaise with and lead teams, the successful candidate will be highly numerate with good IT skills.
Knowledge of actuarial life insurance systems and software an advantage.
