Technical Equity Release Specialist

My client, an originator of equity release products, is looking for someone with structured finance/cashflow modelling experience. You will be part of a small team aiming to help clients, the lenders, with technical issues around their products. Most don’t have access to a large actuarial team so my client is hoping to do this for them.
Activities include: cashflow modelling, looking at risk sensitivities, interacting with product teams, assessing the impact on their investment portfolio, looking at asset management issues, etc.
As well as equity release, any experience of capital markets or structured finance would be good but no specific previous experience is necessary, just a desire to do something new and exciting and develop a brand new team.
You’ll be working remotely for the foreseeable future but at some stage there will be weekly meetings in London so you need to be a self-starter, resourceful and confident. Ideally you’ll come from an investment or insurance background.
