Job Details
A Lloyd's managing agency is seeking an experienced actuary to take a leading role across pricing and portfolio management.
Working closely with underwriting teams and the chief actuary, this role will ensure that the business has accurate and consistent pricing models, but will also review the development and performance of business lines to make improvements.
This work will form part of the business's strategy for growth and profitability. There will be the need to build strong relationships with senior management and advise on your findings.
Ideally you will have pricing experience within the London market and have covered more than one line of business. You will be naturally inquisitive with experience of analysing data to solve business problems and improve processes. The successful applicant could be qualified actuary, nearly qualified or stopped exams candidate.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain broader business insight but retain a technical pricing role.
